Hello and thank you for taking an interest in learning about me!
My name is Misha Battiste, CPCC, and I have always been someone who has big dreams and lives life to the fullest. Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by strong, successful women in the church, which intrigued me. I was fascinated by their ambition, style, and entrepreneurial spirits. At a young age, their influence planted the seeds for my own ambitions.
For over a decade, I worked in politics, including for the Democratic National Convention and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Throughout my career I organized communities of color and built coalition strategies, which helped me understand the value of social impact. But I eventually realized that this career path wasn't fulfilling for me. I didn't feel like my true self. So, I began working with my therapist to identify my true calling. We discovered that coaching is where my life purpose lies.
Throughout my career, I’ve organized and supported Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts which helped me understand the value of social impact and connection. Throughout my career, I’ve created Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies which helped me understand the value of social impact and connection. Returning to that little girl who loved seeing women thrive in entrepreneurial roles was a turning point in my life.
Over the past three years, I have relied on faith, optimism, and resilience to guide me towards my true purpose. I am reminded that I have everything I need to succeed, and I want to inspire and empower others to believe in themselves, too. Through reflection, healing and inner-child work, I rediscovered the vision for my life. And now it’s my mission to help you recapture your visions too.
